Family RecruitMatching Coord

The Family Recruitment & Matching Specialist will have primary responsibility of recruiting and cultivating foster and adoptive families for the Little City Foster Care & Adoption Program and then matching referred youth to Little City’s foster families.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services or another related field
• 2 years of experience working with foster families and/or children's residential treatment centers
• Clinical licensure (LCSW or LCPC) preferred
• Experience with children with medical complexities, developmental delays/disabilities and or behavioral/emotional issues preferred
