Director of Product Management

LivePerson is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the Syntrix product team and establish the platform as the industry's leading Strategic AI Assurance Platform. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of product management experience, a proven track record of delivering successful enterprise SaaS products in AI/ML, and strong business acumen and customer focus.

Requirements

• Advanced Degree and Experience: A Master's or Ph.D is a must.
• Product Leadership Experience: 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity managing and mentoring a team of product managers and/or designers.
• Enterprise & AI Domain Expertise: A proven track record of delivering successful enterprise SaaS products in AI/ML, data analytics, or developer-focused domains.
• Strategic and Visionary Leadership: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a strategic product vision, balancing long-term goals with the immediate needs of the business and customers.
• Proven Track Record of Shipping AI Products: A strong history of leading AI projects from conception to successful deployment as customer-facing products, with a focus on creating tangible business value.
• Strong Business Acumen and Customer Focus: Experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and a proven ability to partner with sales and other business units to drive customer success.
