We are looking for a Sales Service Coordinator to lead a team and improve processes in our sales service team.

Requirements

• MBO+/HBO level of work and thinking, preferably in a commercial direction
• Extensive experience within a sales service or customer service environment
• Knowledge of auto components and affinity with automotive technology
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office
• Demonstrable experience with leading or coordinating teams
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Reliable, flexible, stress-resistant, and able to motivate people
