Director of Financial Control and Reporting

Lloyd's is seeking a Director of Financial Control and Reporting to lead Central Finance and shape the future of the world's leading insurance and reinsurance marketplace. The role will involve leading a team of 50 finance professionals, taking ownership of financial control frameworks and insights, and working closely with the CFO.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in financial control and reporting within insurance, reinsurance or a similarly regulated environment
• Deep technical expertise in accounting and external reporting
• Experience working with regulators, auditors and rating agencies at a senior level
• Strong understanding of capital, solvency, liquidity and balance sheet management
• Recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
