Manage complex Agile AI projects, understand technical architecture, and explain differences to non-technical audiences. Monitor team performance, foster positive working relationships, and prioritize tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Minimum of 5 years consulting experience
• Minimum 3 years project management and/or task leadership experience
• Experience with GenAI technologies
• Experience in SDLC and Agile software development methodologies
• Technically adept and business-focused
• Product management or related product lifecycle experience
• Superior communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams to successful outcomes
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Active Polygraph level security clearance required
