Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to support our supplier quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a passion for ensuring the highest quality products.

What You Will Do

The Senior Supplier Quality Engineer will be responsible for conducting first article inspections, root cause investigations, and supplier visits. They will also interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM related discipline or equivalent education and experience
• Three + years of professional experience
• Ability to travel (up to 25%) to support supplier visits and root cause investigations
• Experience with first article inspections and AS9102
• Experience with quality assurance methods, tools, techniques, and principles
• Knowledge and understanding of quality management standards (examples include AS9100 and ISO9001)
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical requirements
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a secret security clearance
