Supplier Quality Engineer Senior (SQE)

Role Overview

Quality engineering experience in developing and reviewing quality requirements, standards, procedures, methods, work instructions, and control plans. Ability to travel up to 50%. Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

What You Will Do

Perform Design/Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (D/PFMEA), product development, design for manufacturing (DFM), and transition to production. Interpret drawings and specifications and industry standards.

Requirements

• STEM degree at bachelors level or higher, or equivalent experience/combined education
• US Citizen
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• Quality engineering experience
• Experience with Design/Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (D/PFMEA)
• Experience in product development, design for manufacturing (DFM), and transition to production
• Experience with control and disposition of non-conforming product (Material Review Board)
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated understanding of AS9100 Quality Management Systems
• Experience with performing First Article Inspections to AS9102 requirements
• Experience with supplier quality assurance/control
• Strong project management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft apps: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Project, Visio
