Job Description
We're looking for a dynamic Quality Assurance (QA) Subject Matter Expert (SME) in transport compliance to drive exceptional training performance across our organisation.
Requirements
- Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance and training delivery
- Strong understanding of ISO QMS, instructional design and effective adult learning
- Excellent communication, organisation and planning skills
- Confidence working independently
- Strong customer focus and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- Up-to-date knowledge of transport compliance legislation
- A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn and passion for delivering exceptional training
