Director of Product Design

As Director of Product Design, you will be accountable for the speed, depth, and quality of product design execution across the Logpoint platform. This is a hands-on leadership role, reporting directly to the CPO and operating as part of the Product leadership team. You will personally design critical product areas while leading and upgrading a international UX team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing cybersecurity products, including hands-on work on platforms such as SIEM, NDR, XDR, MDR, SOC, or closely related SecOps tooling.
• 3+ years of direct experience designing for SecOps personas, with demonstrable depth in Analyst workflows, Investigations and alert triage, Detections, dashboards, and operational tooling.
• Hands-on experience designing for MSSP or multi-tenant operating models, including role-based access, fleet management, or customer isolation concerns.
• 3+ years of experience leading product designers while remaining meaningfully hands-on, with at least 30–40% of time spent designing in recent roles.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including complex, multi-surface flows, Design systems and shared components, and Rapid iteration under delivery pressure.
