Requirements

• Install LoJack devices on customers' vehicles
• Manage training for technical staff
• Complete reports and administrative forms
• Perform quality control checks on installed devices
• Check the quality of installations performed by internal and external installers
• Verify and report any anomalies or malfunctions of installations
• Complete weekly reports on quality control performance
• Carry out activities to study possible installation positions of LoJack devices
• Develop new technical solutions for installations performed on vehicles
• Provide operational technical support and monitor performance and quality data
