We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Network Operations Centre Analyst for our Calgary team to ensure the operational uptime of the tools used to monitor and manage Long View's clients' environments.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing complex, multi-tenant infrastructure tools, on-premise and cloud-connected technologies
- Experience managing IT service management tools, including performance monitoring and ITSM solutions
- Experience working with and managing incidents, problems, changes and service requests that follow ITIL framework standards
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and procedural issues
- Ability to be on-site at a SE Calgary location
- Availability to work varying schedules of 4 days on, 3 days off (with every 4-weeks rotation), for 10-hour work shifts with rotation of days, evenings and overnights.
