Job Description
The GMP Manufacturing Supervisor (Nights) will coordinate and support production activities for Cell and Gene processes at the Portsmouth, NH site. The role requires strong leadership and team development skills, with a proven experience in biological GMP manufacturing operations. The supervisor will work with a team of over 18,000 people making a meaningful difference from day one.
Requirements
- BS degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years related experience with a degree or 8 years without
- Proven experience in biological GMP manufacturing operations
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to coordinate complex projects and ensure timely delivery
