Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO and global leadership team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting C-suite executives, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate independently while managing competing priorities.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Prior experience in an Executive Assistant and Office Manager capacity
• Strong proficiency in Outlook, Concur, and Microsoft Office
• Experience working in a business office setting; Tech or Financial Services preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
