Lead DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

Lead DevOps Engineer for Cloud Platform & Site Reliability, responsible for building scalable, secure, and resilient platforms that power global Risk Intelligence products. The role involves guiding the design and implementation of modern DevOps and platform engineering practices, mentoring the DevOps engineering team, and shaping the future of our cloud-native infrastructure.

What You Will Do

Automate full-stack infrastructure using Terraform and GitLab, lead the design of CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI, deploy and manage Kubernetes workloads using Amazon EKS and Istio Service Mesh, implement monitoring and alerting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Demonstrable AWS and Kubernetes expertise
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, GitLab CI, and Bash/Python
• Orchestration and monitoring tools – Istio, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK
• 6+ years in DevOps or Platform Engineering roles experience in a lead role
• Proven experience building and operating cloud-native platforms
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
