Senior Scientist, Chemical Design & Synthesis (CDS)

Accountable for inventing, designing, synthesizing, and evaluating new specialty molecules and providing technical support for regional needs of Lubrizol’s current Small Molecule product portfolio.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in organic chemistry
• Experience in laboratory synthesis of organic compounds
• Track record of innovative thinking and technical accomplishments
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities, with fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
