Voter Services Supervisor (Republican) - Lucas County Board of Elections

The Voter Services Supervisor position at Lucas County Board of Elections requires a registered Republican to accurately and timely enter voter registration information and manage absentee ballot operations. This role involves data entry, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and maintaining confidentiality. The supervisor also serves as backup to the Supervisor for the Voter Services Department.

Requirements

• Must be a registered Republican
• Ability to prepare and carry out project planning and implementation.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
• Ability to learn voting system and voter registration system
• Ability to learn and understand the security guidelines set by the State of Ohio
• Must demonstrate the ability to create spreadsheets and databases using MS Excel and Access
• Must demonstrate the ability to effectively enter data.
• Must demonstrate the ability to type 45 wpm.
• Demonstrates a professional attitude and appearance.
• Must provide written status reports to Directors.
• Maintain all deadlines set by the Board of Elections
