Coordinator, Volunteer Programs

The Coordinator of Volunteer Programs will support all aspects of the development and implementation of the Lucas Museum's inaugural volunteer program.

Requirements

• At least two (2) years of prior experience working with and coordinating volunteers
• Experience working for an art or non-profit organization
• Experience in project management and program development
• Previous experience working in partnership with HR on volunteer deployment practices adhering to all state and federal regulations

Benefits

• $50,900 - $58,500 a year
