Lucas Systems is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive predictable lead generation results in the UK & EMEA. The role involves engaging mid-level and senior executives, account research, and prospecting using AI-powered sales intelligence and engagement platform Apollo.
Requirements
- Experience in utilising a sales intelligence and engagement platform, such as Apollo, to achieve first-time appointment (FTA) targets
- Experience in an inbound/outbound lead generation function
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Drive to learn and develop expertise in our domain
- Strong online research skills
- Experience using MS Office tools and CRM software (Salesforce is preferred)
- Familiarity with Apollo and marketing automation tools (Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua) is a plus
- Prior experience in, and familiarity with, the supply chain industry is a plus
