Job Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the development, enhancement, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. This unique hybrid role combines strategic product management with hands-on technical development responsibilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a product management role, preferably in SaaS or enterprise environments.
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, etc.).
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical products using Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security principles.
- Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical) and stakeholder management abilities.
