As an AI Engineer specialising in Voice Agents, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying intelligent Voice Agents that solve real business problems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying Voice Agents
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks
• Hands-on experience with voice systems (ASR, TTS, or conversational IVR)
• Experience deploying AI models into production or production-like environments
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex problems
• Strong systems thinking and understanding of how models behave in real-world environments
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
