Requirements
- Strong and proven leadership skills
- Some college required; Real Estate License or CPM designation preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Proficiency across general computer operations
- Ability to analyze and interpret rent rolls, receivables/payables, and monthly financial reports
