Account Manager II - INSIDE PUB SEC

Lumen is looking for an Account Manager II - Inside to grow revenue in small to medium sized customer accounts through consultative relationships and technology sales. The role requires a strong understanding of technology products and solutions, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education and 2 years sales experience
• Prior account management experience with a history of working to retain and grow existing accounts
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical problem solving and closing skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
