Senior Process Engineer

We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. We're looking for a Senior Process Engineer to provide technical and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area, recommending and implementing equipment and process modifications to improve production efficiencies and manufacturing techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing and experience in electronics or optical products
• Process expertise and development in Optic Alignment especially die bonder, wire bonder, Lid Seal and Leak Test is preferable
• Strong data analytical skills, Self-motivated, goal oriented, task driven team player
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Thai
