Job description
As an Optical Product Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in validating and ensuring the quality of Lumilens' photonic components, modules, and systems. This role blends hands-on production testing with test development and reporting, supporting both new product introduction (NPI) and volume manufacturing.
Perform characterization and testing of fiber optic components and modules, analyze test results, maintain accurate records, generate test reports, support troubleshooting, design and conduct optical and fiber testing, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
You will work closely with optical design, hardware, and manufacturing teams to perform calibration, characterization, and troubleshooting of next-generation photonics technologies. You will have the opportunity to make an outsized impact and work alongside a team of world-class engineers solving some of the hardest challenges in scaling optical systems.
