Contract Systems Engineer

The Systems Engineer is responsible for managing day-to-day end user support for users as well as Servers (on-prem/cloud), networking, telecommunications & cyber security tools in the Lupin Pharmaceuticals North American sites, including Data Centers, Cloud, Network, Communication link services.

Requirements

• Respond, manage, and escalate technical support requests via the ticketing system, telephone calls, and emails.
• Support Business user end point devices (Laptops/desktops/Smart phones/Tables/IPADs/video conferencing services).
• Ensure compliance of site-specific IT SOPs.
• Manage and maintain analytical laboratory and computerized manufacturing control systems in a GMP environment according to established regulatory requirements.
• Work on Security tools, technologies & platforms like Zscaler, Zero Trust, Privileged access management.
• Oversee and ensure timely repair/replacement of faulty hardware including endpoint devices, network hardware and appliances.
• Maintain hardware inventories of endpoint devices, servers, and network equipment.
