Job Description
Lutheran Social Services of Illinois (LSSI) is hiring a full-time Youth Stabilization Specialist to provide mentoring, crisis intervention, and counseling services to youth and their families. The role involves promoting placement stabilization, following LSSI policy, and enjoying a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field
- Background check clearance, both criminal and CANTS
- One (1) year of experience working with youth
- Valid driver’s license, in good standing for the state of residency
- Access to reliable transportation
- Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury and property damage
