LXT is an emerging leader in AI training data to power intelligent technology for global organizations. We are seeking a Project Manager to deliver every project on time within budget and scope.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and sense of importance towards SLAs and operational aspects.
• Solid knowledge of project management processes, methodologies and tools & techniques and ability to adapt them to the organization;
• Proven working experience as a project manager (5 years)
• Excellent mathematical skills and statistical knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to negotiate win-win agreements
• People management: ability to earn trust and respect from project’s stakeholders
• Planning and Organizing: ability to work under pressure and against tight deadlines
• Tech savvy with knowledge of linguistic and project management relevant computer programs
• Flexible with occasional travel
