Role Overview

The Principal Software Engineer is responsible for shaping the technical direction of our products and driving the overall engineering strategy for our flagship initiatives. The position leads the design and development of complex, scalable, and high-performance software systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

What You Will Do

Leads the end-to-end design and development of software solutions, including back-end and integration components, provides technical leadership and guidance to a team of engineers, and drives architectural decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in software engineering
• Strong track record of leading the design and development of complex software systems
• Leveraging microservice architecture(s) on modern application stacks
• JavaScript, Python, Java, or C# programming skills
• .NET ecosystem experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Advanced technical certifications
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability
• Hands-on experience in building large-scale, distributed applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven experience in driving technical decisions, setting technical direction, and aligning engineering efforts with business goals
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
