We are scaling fast and looking for an HR Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for high-volume operational roles and complex technical positions. The successful candidate will have 2-7 years of recruiting experience and a proven track record of success in high-volume hiring environments.

- Proven success in high-volume hiring environments
- Direct experience recruiting technical roles
- Experience hiring for fast-moving, high-pressure organizations
- Strong English communication and executive presence
- Ability to push back, challenge hiring managers, and protect hiring quality
- Comfortable working US time zones when required
