We are hiring a Performance Marketer with intermediate understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and landing pages to launch and manage paid campaigns and landing pages, monitor performance, and make optimization decisions.
Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience working with landing pages and understanding conversion rate optimization
- Clear understanding of campaigns, ad sets, keywords, audiences, and budgets
- Ability to read data and make logical optimization decisions
- Basic understanding of tracking, pixels, and conversions
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Comfortable working in an in-office team environment
- Good communication skills
