Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Business Operations Advisor to serve as a technical expert and consultant to our Client Service teams. This individual will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering training programs, supporting our insurance licensing processes, and leading system-wide technical initiatives with education and learning components.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required
- Minimum of 3+ years of insurance industry and training experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Property & Casualty Wisconsin Insurance license required
- Experience in Applied Epic, TAM, or MS Access preferred
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability in facilitation, training program development, and vendor management
- Strong organizational and planning abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Driver's License and compliance with M3's motor vehicle safety program
