Job Description
Join MacAllister Machinery as a Technician - Truck and Bus Field. As a Field Truck and Bus Technician, you will troubleshoot and perform on-site repairs on truck and/or bus engines, drivetrain, and electrical systems.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- 3 years or more of mechanical experience with diesel engines and/or in a position with a working knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and drivetrain repairs
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of power train, diesel engines, and electrical systems
- Strong communication skills, including verbal, written and listening skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities, detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional demeanor with both internal and external contacts including personal appearance and friendly, courteous treatment of peers and people at all levels inside and outside the organization
