RF/Microwave Engineer

Mach Industries is a rapidly growing defense technology company that develops next-generation autonomous defense platforms. The company is looking for an RF/Microwave Engineer to lead the development of next-generation defense technologies, including UAVs, missiles, and advanced weapon systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in RF design and development.
• Experience with basic RF concepts such as impedance matching, smith charts, power handling metrics (IP3, IMD, Harmonic Distortion, Phase Noise), microwave network analysis.
• Familiarity with one or more of the mainstream RF circuit simulation tools: AWR MWO, Keysight ADS, Genesys
• Familiarity with Altium Designer
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong design background with a long history of problem solving and taking on new challenges
