Facilities Maintenance Technician

Requirements

• Respond promptly to building alarms and maintenance calls
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electric motors, circuits, and associated electrical systems
• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair dock doors and levelers
• Operate, monitor, and maintain utility systems
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mechanical components, equipment, and systems
• Follow manufacturer's specifications and safety policies
• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols
