Job Description
Join the Macmahon Underground Maintenance team as a Heavy Duty Fitter, servicing and maintaining the fleet including Sandvik Drills, Sandvik Trucks, 12m Graders, CAT Boggers and Sandvik Remote Boggers and Normet Charge wagons.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Knowledge of a range of heavy earthmoving equipment and underground ancillary plant
- Relevant Trade Certificate
- Valid manual C Class Australian Drivers Licence (Essential)
- Working at Heights, EWP, IT and First Aid Certificate (Highly desired)
- Detailed knowledge of underground mining and safety regulations
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential
- Ability to manage fatigue and hydration throughout shift
- Clear, positive and respectful communicator
