Macy's is looking for an Assistant Product Manager to develop customer-centric e-commerce experiences and features that grow the customer base, drive user engagement, and improve the overall site and app experience.
Requirements
- Execute a pre-defined product roadmap by owning product milestones and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Understand and synthesize customer and business needs through market analysis, customer research, hands-on experience, and business data.
- Partner with business teams, UX, engineering, and analytics to define, build, and launch product and platform features.
- Write discovery briefs and detailed product requirements.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Collaborate with product analysts to design, launch, and interpret A/B tests.
- Manage communication and set clear expectations with internal stakeholders.
- Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
