As an apprentice, you will learn various administrative routines of the logistics operation, supporting activities within the administrative sector, filing, digitizing, and organizing documents, and assisting in the preparation of reports.
You will be responsible for feeding spreadsheets and internal systems with administrative information, organizing events and engagement actions, checking office materials and requesting replenishment, and providing assistance to colleagues to clarify administrative doubts.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and has a high school education or equivalent. You will have the opportunity to work in a complex operation, innovate, and develop continuously.
