Job Description
Business Development Manager - Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships, and executing go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in renewable energy, energy storage, power systems, or related industries
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering/mechanical engineering, Energy Systems, or related field
- MBA in Marketing/Strategy (preferred but optional)
- Strong understanding of BESS technologies, system architecture, and applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and develop techno-commercial proposals
- High proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business planning frameworks
