Lead Engineer - Trims Engineering CoE

Lead Engineer responsible for Design & Development of plastic trim components, generating proposals, and analyzing concepts to resolve build/Gnova concerns.

Requirements

• Experience in Design & Development of plastic trim components.
• Knowledge in current Automobile trends & Passionate to work with cross functional team to deliver DOEs and robust solutions
• Proven problem solving with First principles thinking and strong communication skills
• Good understanding of standard manufacturing processes of plastic components/subsystem
• 15+ years of relevant experience in Trims
• BE/ME/M-Tech - Mechanical / Automobile / Aeronautical Engineering
