Maintenance Technician

Position is primarily responsible for the effective operation of facility packaging equipment, material handling equipment, and the maintenance of plant facility equipment and grounds.

Requirements

• Electrical Troubleshooting and Repair
• Mechanical Troubleshooting and Repair
• PLC Troubleshooting and Repair
• Operate PIT equipment along with aerial lift equipment
• Maintain all equipment in optimum operating condition
• Track and report on equipment down-time and preventive maintenance actions
• Implement and maintain a preventive maintenance program for assigned plant equipment
• Perform scheduled work assignments, assisting in the completion of tasks as needed
• Train and develop technical abilities of equipment operators assigned to machinery
• Assist in all actions required to prolong the durability and reliability of equipment
• Overnight travel and off-site work at other MAHLE facilities as required
