Job Description
The Facilities Technician is responsible for supporting the upkeep, repair, and efficient operation of facility buildings, equipment, and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electrical, and fire/life safety systems.
Requirements
- High diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in facility maintenance, building operations, or related trade
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation
