Job Description
The Salvation Army is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the kitchen workload, train and supervise kitchen personnel, and maintain kitchen sanitation standards. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in food service, at least 1 year of experience in institutional cooking with management responsibilities, and a valid California driver's license.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited food service program
- Minimum of 1-year experience in institutional cooking with management responsibilities
- Must hold valid California drivers license and be able to show proof of insurance
