Job Description
The Salvation Army is seeking a Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager to provide professional and individualized case management services to clients in permanent supportive housing. The Case Manager will assist clients with achieving and maintaining health, mental health, and housing stability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work or mental health related field
- One year of experience working with homeless individuals
- Current knowledge of and interest in homeless populations and available supportive resources
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to type 45 wpm
- Basic math skills
- CPR and First Aid certification
- TB-cleared
- Willingness to submit to extensive criminal background, drug, and motor vehicle checks
