Store Assistant Manager - Long Beach

The Salvation Army (TSA) Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) is seeking a Store Assistant Manager for its Long Beach Thrift Store. The successful candidate will assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, provide coaching and training to employees, and maintain customer service standards.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years previous Retail Management/Supervisory experience
• Valid Driver's license and proof of insurance
• Ability to accurately handle POS/Cash Register operations and cash transactions
• Ability to pass background check
• Effective communication skills
