We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer who thrives in fast-paced engineering environments and enjoys solving complex manufacturing challenges involving precision components, advanced assemblies, and innovative thermal and energy systems.
Lead manufacturing process development for new products transitioning from R&D into production, design and implement assembly lines, tooling, fixtures, and test setups, and optimize workflow, equipment layout, and production efficiency.
Ideal candidates will have experience in several areas, including new product introduction, production line setup and process implementation, tooling and fixture design, and continuous improvement and process optimization.
