Senior Software Developer, Backend Platform

MaintainX is seeking a Senior Software Developer, Backend Platform to join their team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining backend foundations and tooling for their internal developer platform, and leading the consolidation and evolution of platform primitives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of distributed systems experience, expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, or similar languages, and a strong AI mindset.

Requirements

• 5+ years of distributed systems experience

• Proficient in designing, maintaining, and evolving GraphQL APIs at scale
