Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Technical Writing
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Software Development, or Business Administration, preferably working with ERP projects, with a focus on Workday
• Understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and integration concepts
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and create structure and process where there are gaps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential risks and devise creative solutions
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA analysts, business analysts, and subject matter experts
