Job Description
The irrigation technician is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of irrigation systems. This position requires ensuring the systems are properly maintained and operating at peak efficiency.
Requirements
- Install irrigation timers, piping, and valves
- Troubleshoot and repair irrigation pipe and fittings, sprinklers heads
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical components and central irrigation control computers
- Perform general and seasonal system maintenance
- Locate, excavate and repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning equipment
- Keep work vehicle and equipment clean and organized
- Maintain a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with customers
- Upshold company policies, procedures, and company core values at all times
