Identity & Access Management (IAM) Apprentice

Role Overview

Join Man Group's Identity and Access Management (IAM) team as an Apprentice. IAM sits within the broader Information Security function and is responsible for making sure the right people have the right access to the right systems at the right time. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who are curious about technology, security and how a global financial services business works behind the scenes.

What You Will Do

Help process day-to-day requests for system access, assist with Joiner, Mover and Leaver Activities, support Access Reviews, respond to Queries, support Audits and Documentation, and collaborate on Projects.

Requirements

• Strong interest in starting a career in technology, security or financial services
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Well-organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• A problem-solving mindset and willingness to ask questions
• Comfortable using everyday office tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Outlook) and keen to learn new systems
• Reliable, discreet and trustworthy — able to handle confidential information appropriately
• A positive, collaborative team player
