Client Operations Apprentice

Man Group is seeking a driven and ambitious Client Operations Apprentice to join our Client Operations team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a career in asset management operations.

Requirements

• Become proficient in the team's core systems, using them effectively to support daily operations
• Support oversight of Service Provider and Transfer Agency processes and procedures
• Contribute to the reconciliation of capital flows, ensuring accurate and timely reporting while maintaining data integrity
• Develop a strong understanding of the operating model and key controls, proactively identifying improvement opportunities and collaborating on their implementation
• Assist in managing client queries and cases through Salesforce
• Build and maintain relationships across global teams including Sales, Middle Office, Front Office, and Senior Management
